Established in 2004 and based in the heart of the West Midlands, PPL Event Services provide audio visual equipment hire at exhibitions and conferences across the UK and Europe.

Our small but dedicated team means that we are all involved in everything which ensures that every rental or project, regardless of however large or small it is receives the attention it requires. We are small enough to care but large enough to cope.


Here at PPL Event Services we are constantly investing in new equipment and keeping up to date with the latest technology to give our customers the best possible service.

Some of the items we hold in stock include a vast array of LED Screens from 22” up to 95”. Video walls using 46” and 55” screens, LED Panels as low as 2.5mm pixel pitch, touch screens of a variety of sizes, LCD & Laser Projectors and Audio Equipment to suit any environment.
